Autoroutes du Maroc (ADM) is recruiting Traffic Managers to ensure smooth traffic flow, road safety, and real-time traffic monitoring. This role is essential for maintaining efficient toll collection systems and supervising highway communication infrastructure.
Responsibilities
As a Traffic Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Overseeing traffic flow across the highway network.
- Ensuring the proper operation of electronic toll collection systems.
- Supervising communication infrastructure, video surveillance equipment, and other operational devices.
- Analyzing traffic indicators and providing real-time traffic updates.
- Coordinating with relevant authorities for incident management and process optimization.
- Centralizing and sharing traffic information with internal departments.
Required Profile
To qualify for this position, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Educational Qualification: A Bac+2 (Specialized Technician Diploma) or Bac+3 (Professional License) in transport, logistics management, road operations, bridges, tunnels, or an equivalent field.
- Experience: A minimum of 4 years in roads, highways, transportation, or traffic management sectors.
- Languages: Fluency in French and Arabic, both spoken and written.
