Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in maintaining customer satisfaction and loyalty. Your key duties will include:
  • Welcoming customers and guiding them on the brand’s products and services.
  • Handling customer complaints and returns to ensure quick and satisfactory resolutions.
  • Monitoring customer needs to strengthen brand loyalty.
  • Assisting in cash register operations, including opening and closing procedures.
  • Overseeing product availability and ensuring shelves are clean and well-organized.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to enhance the overall customer experience.
Desired Profile
  • Education: A Baccalaureate +2 or higher, preferably in business or management.
  • Experience: 1 to 3 years in a similar role, preferably in mass distribution or retail.
Skills:
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Dynamic, detail-oriented, and a strong team player.
  • Proficiency in IT tools and cash management systems.
  • Immediate availability for a CDD (Fixed-Term Contract).
