Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in maintaining customer satisfaction and loyalty. Your key duties will include:
- Welcoming customers and guiding them on the brand’s products and services.
- Handling customer complaints and returns to ensure quick and satisfactory resolutions.
- Monitoring customer needs to strengthen brand loyalty.
- Assisting in cash register operations, including opening and closing procedures.
- Overseeing product availability and ensuring shelves are clean and well-organized.
- Collaborating with internal teams to enhance the overall customer experience.
Desired Profile
- Education: A Baccalaureate +2 or higher, preferably in business or management.
- Experience: 1 to 3 years in a similar role, preferably in mass distribution or retail.
Skills:
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Dynamic, detail-oriented, and a strong team player.
- Proficiency in IT tools and cash management systems.
- Immediate availability for a CDD (Fixed-Term Contract).
