- Create business action plans tailored to the specifics of the catchment area.
- Supervise and motivate teams to ensure a culture of performance and efficiency.
- Grow the customer portfolio while maintaining competitive intelligence.
- Ensure compliance with safety rules and internal control standards.
- Maintain accurate and reliable agency accounts.
Required Profile:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree +4/5 in management, commerce, finance, or an equivalent field.
- Experience: Proven track record of at least 3 years in the banking sector or in managing agencies.
- Skills: Strong abilities in management, business development, and customer relations.
Target Locations:
Agency Managers will be placed in the following regions:
- Oriental
- Fes-Meknes
- Draa-Tafilalet
- Souss-Massa
- Beni Mellal-Khenifra
Specific cities include Taourirt, Agadir, Nador, and Errachidia.
Agency Heads (Male/Female)
Responsibilities
- Manage agency activities while leading and supervising teams.
- Develop commercial procedures and proactively promote banking services.
- Ensure adherence to security and internal control standards.
- Build and retain the customer portfolio.
- Oversee the smooth operation of administrative and financial functions within the agency.
Required Profile
- Education: Bachelor’s degree +2/3 in management, commerce, finance, or an equivalent field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a similar position within the banking sector.
- Skills: Ability to work within a team, manage effectively, and achieve business objectives.
