Position Descriptions
Maintenance Technicians (5 Positions)
Responsibilities
- Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance of technical equipment and infrastructure.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance of toll-related equipment.
- Diagnose reported malfunctions and anomalies.
- Supervise equipment upgrades and modernization efforts.
- Update technical plans and documentation.
- Manage the local maintenance store.
Required Profile
- Diploma: Bac+2 or Bac+3 in Electrical, Electromechanical, Automation, or Mechatronics.
- Experience: At least 1 year in a similar field.
- Languages: Fluent in Arabic and French.
Feasibility Technicians (7 Positions)
Responsibilities
- Ensure smooth traffic flow, user safety, and infrastructure sustainability.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Respond to incidents affecting safety or traffic flow.
- Monitor routine maintenance and prepare necessary reports.
- Inspect infrastructure and supervise maintenance works.
- Manage required equipment and supplies for operational continuity.
- Enhance service delivery by subcontractors and concessionaires.
Required Profile
- Diploma: Bac+2 or Bac+3 in Roads, Civil Engineering, Construction, or Project Management.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a similar role.
- Languages: Fluent in Arabic and French.
System and Database Engineer (1 Position)
Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize the company's IT systems and databases.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Oversee IT infrastructure, including servers, databases, and cloud solutions.
- Manage backups and monitor system performance.
- Provide technical support to users.
- Supervise service providers to ensure compliance with service-level agreements (SLAs).
- Conduct technology monitoring and suggest improvements.
Required Profile
- Diploma: Bac+5 in Computer Engineering.
- Experience: 0–2 years in a similar field.
- Languages: Fluent in Arabic and French.
Head of Internal Audit and Risk Management (1 Position)
Responsibilities
- Design and implement an internal audit system to enhance control systems, improve operations, and manage risks within the company.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop and execute an annual audit plan aligned with strategic directions.
- Supervise operational, financial, and compliance audits.
- Design risk mitigation strategies and educate internal stakeholders on risk management.
- Monitor regulatory compliance and adapt internal policies accordingly.
Required Profile
- Diploma: Bac+5 in Auditing, Finance, Accounting, or Management.
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years, including 5 years in a similar role.
