Job Description
The Supply Chain Excellence Internship is a 12-month training program within Centrale Danone’s supply chain team, focused on operational excellence and process improvement. This hands-on role allows interns to work closely on logistical projects, analytics, and operational improvement within the supply chain.
Responsibilities
Logistics Project Management (PMO)
Assist with organizing and coordinating logistics projects.
Work closely with the logistics management team to streamline project execution and communication.
Logistics Dashboard Implementation:
- Support in establishing and managing monthly analytical reporting.
- Provide insights through data analysis for ongoing logistics performance improvements.
Operational Excellence Program
- Aid in converting processes into performance management tools for joint projects across Africa.
- Collaborate with different teams to enhance operational efficiency.
Required Profile
- Proficiency in English.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in Power BI for data visualization and reporting.

The role includes overseeing the Digital Manufacturing Acceleration (DMA) initiative, part of the company’s Industry 4.0 strategy. The position involves enhancing digital solutions and automation across various production sites.
Responsibilities
Digital Transformation and Project Management
- Design and manage digital projects to optimize industrial processes through advanced technology.
- Oversee the integration of emerging digital technologies to drive operational efficiency.
Project Coordination and Management
- Coordinate teams and manage resources to ensure project success.
- Monitor results and adjust strategies based on performance data.
Team Training and Industry 4.0 Awareness
- Conduct training on Industry 4.0 technologies and foster a culture of innovation within the team.
