Job Title: Business Coordinator
As a Business Coordinator in Marjane City, you will work within the Technical Department, overseeing and managing the execution of various projects. This includes ensuring projects adhere to planning, safety, and budget constraints, as well as maintaining technical and administrative compliance throughout the lifecycle of each project.
Responsibilities
Organization and Implementation of Work Execution:
- Oversee and manage multiple sites, ensuring compliance with planning, safety standards, and budget requirements.
Technical and Administrative Management of Sites
- Supervise the technical and administrative aspects of construction and project sites, ensuring all projects meet Marjane's standards from initiation to final approval.
Coordination for Shutdowns with Maintenance and Production Teams:
- Work closely with maintenance and production teams to prepare for project shutdowns, ensuring minimal disruption to ongoing operations.
Monitoring Budgets, Work Progress, and Outcomes:
- Track and monitor project budgets, timelines, and outcomes to ensure successful project execution within your area of activity.
Technical Assistance During Construction, Operation, or Maintenance Stages:
- Provide technical advice and assistance at all stages of construction, operation, and maintenance, ensuring the smooth progression of each project phase.
Supervision of Acceptance Tests for Facilities and Equipment:
- Oversee the testing and acceptance of facilities and equipment to ensure they meet Marjane's operational and safety standards.
Required Profile for the Business Coordinator Position
To qualify for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:
Education
- A diploma in Work Management (BTS or DUT) is required, focusing on construction or project management.
Experience
- A minimum of two years of experience in a similar role, ideally in project or site coordination.
