Role Overview
McDonald's is seeking Restaurant Managers to oversee its establishments across Morocco. The Restaurant Manager is responsible for the overall management of their profit center, which includes administrative, operational, financial, commercial, security, and human resources aspects. As a brand ambassador, the manager is expected to welcome customers and ensure their satisfaction by identifying their needs and advising them on their choices.
Responsibilities
- Profit Center Management: Oversee and control restaurant activities using management and analysis tools. Implement strategic brand directions such as room service and online ordering. Anticipate risks (technical, financial, legal, etc.) and implement preventive measures. Provide regular reports to management and analyze restaurant performance across all areas.
- Customer Service: Ensure the quality of service meets customer expectations. Guarantee food safety and the safety of property and people.
- Human Resources Management: Manage staff and develop their skills. Motivate and supervise the team to ensure a professional and positive brand image.
Desired Profile
Education:
- A bachelor's degree (Bac+3/5) in Management, Hospitality, Catering, or Commerce.
Experience:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in catering, hospitality, or mass distribution. Proven experience in profit center management and team leadership.
Skills:
- Proficient in MS Office and project management tools. Strong customer service orientation with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Leadership abilities, with the capacity to motivate and supervise teams. Analytical thinking, creativity, and the ability to drive change. Teaching and staff development skills. A polished and professional presentation.
Preferred Skills:
- Digital literacy.

Languages:
