Lesieur Cristal, a leading company in the agri-food sector, is expanding its team by offering new job opportunities. The company is currently looking to fill key positions, including Customer Accounting Manager, Corporate Management Controller, and Supply Planner. 

Customer Accounting Manager

Responsibilities
  • Maintain customer accounts in collaboration with various departments to optimize the O2C (Order to Cash) flow.
  • Monitor customer receivables, manage customer accounting, and oversee credit control.
  • Improve DSO (Days Sales Outstanding) and manage actions to secure the achieved sales volume.
Additional Duties
Credit Control Department:
  • Identify overdue balances and calculate credit indicators.
  • Implement and follow up on credit policy and client monitoring.
  • Encourage client payments and reduce unpaid debts.
  • Evaluate financial needs and implement appropriate measures (credit line, investment, etc.).
  • Lead credit committees with the sales team and monitor recovery procedures.
Customer Accounting Department
  • Create manual invoices, enter receipts, and apply customer accounts.
  • Participate in provisioning and close operations.
  • Analyze financial flows and identify security measures.
  • Identify financial weaknesses and provide management advice.

Supply Planner

Responsibilities
  • Calculate and update sales forecasts based on market analysis.
Additional Duties
  • Collect information related to business goals and marketing forecasts.
  • Calculate quarterly forecasts by item and monthly sales forecasts based on objectives.
  • Input monthly forecasts into the system for production planning.
  • Calculate and deliver net production needs for the month.
  • Participate in daily production meetings.
Profile Required
  • Graduate of a top engineering school with at least 3 years of experience in demand and supply planning, preferably in the industrial sector.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems like SAP and logistics flows.
  • Knowledge of basic statistics and computer programs.

Corporate Management Controller

Responsibilities
  • Manage data by deploying innovative technological solutions to facilitate information access for management.
  • Supervise and deploy the SAP-based company budget construction project.
  • Monitor the company’s budgets and activities.
Additional Duties
  • Collect and analyze business-related data.
  • Build algorithms to improve search results and targeting.
  • Develop predictive models to anticipate trends.
  • Create readable and usable dashboards for all professions.
  • Create and improve procedures for managing the flow of financial information.
  • Participate in setting goals and conducting economic and financial studies.
  • Oversee the construction of R1 and R2 budgets and integrate them into the system.
  • Monitor achievements against budgets of different business units.
  • Create financial statements for 3 to 5 years by forecasting current results and strategic objectives.
  • Identify areas for improvement and assist operations managers in achieving savings.
Profile Required
  • Bachelor’s degree +5 in management control, finance, or equivalent.
  • At least 5 years of experience in corporate management control or information systems.
  • Proficient in SAP, Excel, SQL, Dax, PBI, Power Query, and KPI tools.
  • Advanced analytical skills, collaboration, time management, and conflict management.
  • Strict, organized, with strong synthesis and proposal skills.
  • Fluency in English is an asset.
