Responsibilities
  • Month-End Close: Oversee the month-end closing process, ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of financial reports.
  • Monthly Reporting: Prepare and analyze monthly financial reports, providing insights into financial performance and noted variances.
  • Group Financial Controls: Establish and maintain internal financial controls to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures.
  • Financial Forecasting: Develop financial forecasts and projections to support strategic decision-making and business planning.
  • Budget Management: Manage the budgeting process in collaboration with departmental managers to develop accurate and achievable budgets.
  • Year-End Close: Coordinate the year-end closing process, including the preparation of financial statements and supporting documentation.
  • Statutory Audit: Act as the primary contact for external auditors during the annual audit, ensuring all audit requirements are met promptly.
  • Tax Reporting: Prepare and submit accurate and timely tax returns, ensuring compliance with all applicable tax laws and regulations.
  • Tax Audit: Manage tax audits by collaborating with tax authorities and providing necessary documentation and support.
Requirements
  • Master’s Degree in Finance: A strong academic background in finance, accounting, or a related field is required.
  • 5 Years of Experience: A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in an audit firm and/or in a similar position within financial management.
  • Proficiency in English: Fluent English, both written and spoken, is essential.

Senior Sales Representative in Facilities Management and Logistics

Missions
  • Business Development: Utilize your commercial expertise and established sales network to develop business.
  • Client Management: Manage a portfolio of existing clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction.
