Individual Customer Advisor

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a loyal portfolio of individual customers.
  • Build strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
  • Actively participate in external prospecting, conducting at least three potential client visits per week.
  • Conduct proactive client screening through various events and seminars.
  • Achieve commercial targets set by the hierarchy.
  • Directly manage the client portfolio, diagnose needs, and propose responsive products and services.
  • Monitor performance and provide regular reports to management.
  • Handle customer requests and complaints, managing daily compensations.
  • Manage risks and ensure compliance with rules and procedures.
  • Perform administrative management of customer accounts, including monitoring deadlines.
Required Profile
  • Educational Level: Bac+5 in commerce or finance.
  • Experience: 3 to 5 years.
  • Job Skills: Knowledge of the individual market, legal and tax characteristics, and products and services tailored to individuals.
  • General Skills: Strong commercial appetite, mastery of sales and negotiation techniques, responsiveness, proactivity, and a sense of responsibility.
Versatile Individual Customer Advisor

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a loyal portfolio of individual customers.
  • Maintain quality relationships with potential and existing clients.
  • Participate in external prospecting activities, conducting at least three visits per week.
  • Directly manage the client portfolio, diagnose needs, and propose responsive products and services.
  • Manage daily operations within the branches, including cash operations and card stock management.
  • Manage risks and ensure compliance with safety instructions when handling cash.
Required Profile
  • Educational Level: Bac+5 in economics, management, or commerce.
  • Experience: 0 to 2 years of experience.
  • Job Skills: Knowledge of the individual market, legal and tax characteristics, and products and services tailored to individuals.
  • General Skills: Strong commercial appetite, mastery of sales and negotiation techniques, responsiveness, proactivity, accuracy, and dynamism.
Branch Manager

Responsibilities
  • Manage the agency's customer relationship plan in accordance with the regional commercial strategy.
  • Lead and manage the team, including training and skill development.
  • Manage a portfolio of individual and professional clients.
  • Promote Crédit du Maroc's products and services.
  • Monitor compliance with regulations, procedures, budgets, and risk management.
Required Profile
  • Educational Level: Bac+5 in commerce or finance, with a degree from a university or business school.
  • Experience: 3 to 5 years of managerial experience in a similar position.
  • Required Skills: Knowledge of financial analysis, organization, delegation, control, team leadership, availability, and excellence.
  • General Skills: Strong commercial appetite, mastery of sales and negotiation techniques, responsiveness, proactivity, and interpersonal skills.
