Responsibilities

CIH Bank is currently seeking experienced Real Estate Management Experts to join its team in Casablanca. The key responsibilities of the role include:

Implementing a proactive strategy to prospect and market the bank's products and services.
Providing advice and support to real estate developers during various financing stages.
Guiding clients interested in enhancing their assets toward the "Consulting and Asset Management" entity.
Building relationships with promoters by offering a full range of banking products.
Handling and analyzing client requests and complaints.
Conducting project visits and encouraging promoters to address their deferral requests.
Initiating and following up on requests for lifting bans and providing well-reasoned opinions.
Initiating and monitoring issuance requests.
Managing renewal or postponement requests for closure dates, according to the annual visit schedule and alerts from the middle office.
Developing and enriching the portfolio of real estate professionals in the region where the commercial centers are located.

Candidate Profile

Education: Bac+5 in Finance, Banking, and Management.
Experience: Over 3 years of experience in the banking sector.
