Job Description
As a Sales Advisor at AXA Services Morocco, you will play a crucial role in managing customer relationships throughout the contract duration. Your key responsibilities will include:
Mission
- Contribute to the development of the client portfolio by selling insurance services and products.
- Handle requests from customers, general agents, or other AXA networks and partners, and process various resulting actions.
- Adopt a consultative approach while analyzing customer risks and contractual situations.
- Assess customer eligibility for specific guarantees.
Required Profile
To be considered for this role, you should meet the following criteria:
- Education: Training equivalent to Bac+2 (Associate's degree).
- Experience: Initial experience in a similar position.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Customer-oriented with a problem-solving approach.
- Proficiency in using computers and familiarity with online communication tools.
- Motivation and commitment to achieving sales targets.
