Senior Training Officer
Job Responsibilities
  • Design and propose training plans to enhance skills development.
  • Analyze and consolidate training needs in alignment with the company's strategy.
  • Contribute to the development of the annual training plan, including topics, schedules, objectives, speakers, and budget.
  • Manage logistical aspects of training, including scheduling, room booking, invitations, and documentation.
  • Measure the effectiveness of training and provide regular reports.
  • Conduct post-training monitoring and analyze performance indicators.
  • Develop and manage the training budget, ensuring administrative oversight.
  • Ensure the reimbursement of training costs by OFPPT.
  • Design e-learning training procedures.
Required Skills
  • Proficiency in office tools (Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS) and online learning platforms (LIL).
  • Strong organizational skills and priority management.
  • Excellent interpersonal and listening skills.
  • Analytical and synthesis abilities.
  • Adaptability, responsiveness, and strong writing skills.
  • Proficiency in English.
Profile Required
  • Bachelor's degree +5 in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
Technical Accountant
Job Responsibilities
  • Manage technical accounting operations: premiums, commissions, claims, reinsurance, and co-insurance.
  • Oversee and execute accounting integration processes.
  • Handle financial flows and manage anomalies.
  • Receive and monitor payment methods.
  • Supervise the spillover of business interfaces.
  • Participate in accounting transformation projects.
  • Monitor accounting and analyze accounts.
  • Manage financial flows for insurance and reinsurance.
  • Proceed with the temporary closure of accounts.
  • Participate in the preparation of legal documents.
  • Identify and manage accounting risks.
  • Follow up on complaints and internal/external requests.
  • Handle outstanding bank reconciliation data.
  • Monitor and adjust outstanding account balances.
Required Skills
  • Mastery of accounting techniques and standards.
  • Knowledge of insurance product regulations.
  • Computer skills, including SAP.
  • Effective communication and team spirit.
  • Responsiveness, proactivity, independence, and rigor.
Profile Required
  • Bachelor's degree +5 from a top management or business school.
