Job Responsibilities
As a French-speaking Customer Service Representative at Amazon, you will:
  • Act as the first point of contact for French-speaking customers.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email.

  • Provide personalized service based on comprehensive training and a non-scripted approach.
Working Hours
  • The role requires flexibility to meet customer needs.
  • Work 44 hours per week, including national holidays.
  • Schedules are determined at least six weeks in advance, with potential early morning, late evening, overnight, weekend, and overtime shifts.
  • The service is operational from 06:00 to 00:00, Monday to Sunday.
Required Qualifications
To be eligible for this role, you must meet the following criteria:
  • Minimum age: 18 years.
  • Legal right to work in Morocco.
  • Excellent communication skills in French (C1 level).
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours.
  • Willingness to work in shifts.
