Carrefour Morocco is actively recruiting store managers across various locations in Morocco. The group is looking for dynamic individuals who can report directly to the store director and contribute to the growth and efficiency of the stores.
Responsibilities
As a store manager at Carrefour Morocco, you will be entrusted with the following responsibilities:
- Manage and Supervise Team: Oversee the store team, ensuring smooth operations and high performance.
- Stock Maintenance Supervision: Ensure proper maintenance and management of stock levels.
- Supplier Order Management: Supervise the correct reception of supplier orders, along with quality and stock control.
- Open Orders and Consumables Management: Handle open orders and manage consumable goods.
- Work Organization and Team Supervision: Organize work schedules and supervise the team effectively.
Required Profile
To be considered for the position of store manager at Carrefour Morocco, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Education: A Bac+5 degree in Commerce and/or Management.
- Experience: At least 6 years of experience as a store manager or assistant store manager in the general retail sector.
Skills:
- Ability to motivate and mobilize teams.

- Practical experience in retail management.
- Strong managerial and leadership qualities necessary for success in this role.
